What is WatchBin.com? WatchBin.com is an online luxury watch auction site created as a vision to interconnect watch hobbyist, enthusiasts, collectors and dealers across the world on one efficient, safe and cost effective web based environment. How do I create a WatchBin account? From the homepage, click "register for free" under the sign in box on the top right. From the registration page choose the membership type that best suites you. How do I use WatchBin? Buyers: it's completely free to register, browse and buy! Participate in a sellers auction, hit buy it now or make an offer if the sellers offers it in their listing. Sellers: list as much as you want for one flat fee! NO final value fees, NO listing fees! The only fees we charge beyond the monthly membership fee are for additional features to help you maximize your exposure on the site. To get started log in and click "sell" on the top navigation bar, this will take you to our simple to use, one page form. Here you will enter all the information about your item including title, description and pictures. Also, you will be able to choose how you would like to sell your item, auction style or fixed price style with options like make offer and trade offer. At the bottom of the sell form you will have three additional options that are not included in the monthly fee .These features will help you to better expose your item throughout WatchBin. The fees displayed next to the maximize exposure features are per listing and are NOT included in the 2 month free trial. How do I pay my WatchBin invoice? Invoices will be generated and available to view on the 1st of each month. To view and pay your invoice simply login and click billing on the bottom in the myWatchBin tab. You will have two payment options, pay using your paypal account or entering your credit card information. (*Please Note: invoices are due on the 1st of each month, accounts that have not been paid by the 15th of the month will be locked until account is brought current. Does WatchBin process payments between buyers and sellers? No, we do not process payments for items purchased on WatchBin, once an auction ends, a buy now is selected or an offer is accepted it will be up to the buyer and seller to communicate and arrange payment. Please remember to review the seller's listing for the forms of payment each seller accepts. What is the WatchTalk forum? WatchTalk is a forum for WatchBin members to communicate and discuss watches, post reference checks as well as other related topics. What is the Lifestyle Forum? Lifestyle Forum is where members can connect to discuss anything of interest such as cars, boats, cigars, real estate, culinary, sports, travel, fashion, etc. How do I create a store on WatchBin? To create a WatchBin store click on the MyWatchBin tab on the top navigation bar, scroll down to the bottom left and click on "manage my store". How do I get my store to appear on the homepage? To have your store appear on the homepage under "manage my store" select the highlighted box at the bottom. How do I get my listing to appear on the homepage? Once you've completed the sell form you will have the option to choose this feature at the bottom of the page before you submit your listing. How do I get my listing to appear in the featured section of a specific category? Once you've completed the sell form you will have the option to choose this feature at the bottom of the page before you submit your listing. How do I highlight my listing so it stands out? Once you've completed the sell form you will have the option to choose this feature at the bottom of the page before you submit your listing. I don't see the brand of watch I would like to sell, can it be added? Please email us at Info@WatchBin.com with the brand you would like to see displayed in the category section. If we receive enough interest in that particular brand we will add it. How do I see closed listings? To see closed/expired auctions and listings log in and go to the top of the page, click on "select category" from the drop down box. Here you can choose to see closed/ expired auctions and listings from the last 24 hours, 30 days, 60 days or 90 days.
